At Goluwa India, we stand behind the quality of our plastic machinery and industrial equipment. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our products and services.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Equipment must be safely transportable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or specially ordered machinery
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Consumables and expendable parts
- Items past the 30-day return window
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. A refund will be processed according to the following timeline:

Submit return request within 30 days
Approval
Review and approval within 48 hours
Pickup Arrangement
Coordinate collection within 5 business days
Inspection
Quality check upon receipt
Refund
Processed within 7-10 business days
Refund Amount
Refunds are issued as follows:
- Full Refund: For items returned in perfect condition within the 30-day window
- Partial Refund: If items show minor damage not disclosed at purchase
- No Refund: For items showing signs of use or damage due to customer handling
Refund Method
Refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear
- Bank transfer: 3-5 business days processing time
- Check refund: Sent within 14 business days
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective Item: We cover return shipping costs for manufacturing defects
- Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs for incorrect shipments
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
International Returns
For international customers:
- Customer is responsible for international return shipping
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Local customs procedures must be followed
- Return authorization required before shipping
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Incorrect items shipped
- Manufacturing defects
- Items that don't fit specifications
For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item once the original is received. If the replacement item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard packaging until inspected
- We'll arrange for pickup and replacement at no cost
