Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotations and orders unless a signed contract states otherwise. The short version: quotes are itemized and valid 30 days, payment is 30/70 against a test video, machines are tested 72 hours before dispatch, and warranty runs 12 months from commissioning.

Quotes Are Itemized, Valid 30 Days

Every quote states specification, inclusions, exclusions, Incoterm, delivery timeline, warranty and validity. An order is confirmed by your purchase order and our 30 percent advance receipt.

30/70 Against the Test Video

Standard terms: 30 percent with order, 70 percent before dispatch after you approve the pre-shipment test video. Letters of credit accepted for larger orders. Payments go only to the company account matching our registered name.

72-Hour Test, Then Shipment

Every machine runs a documented 72-hour full-load test with video proof before dispatch. Delivery timelines are stated in the quote; transit is per the agreed Incoterm with marine insurance on CIF.

12 Months From Commissioning

Coverage for manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship, with remote diagnosis within 24 hours and parts dispatch within 7 days. Exclusions (consumables, misuse, unauthorised repair) are listed in the warranty document and our warranty guide.

Fair Limits, Indian Law

Liability is limited to the order value; we are not liable for indirect losses from misoperation or unauthorised modification. These terms are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Gujarat. Full legal texts ship with every contract.
